A little help with the move.
Moving Day is still in development. Have a question, feedback, or a problem with a test build? We’d like to hear from you.
support@oddphase.comTo help us understand the problem, please include:
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The Moving Day version, if you can find it.
- The level or screen where it happened, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or short recording, if it helps. Please remove any personal information first.
Don’t send passwords or payment card details. If progress is missing, avoid uninstalling the game or resetting it while we investigate.
Common questions
I bought the full game, but it’s still locked.
Check that you’re signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase, and that your device is online. If your version of the game offers Restore purchases, try that first.
If it still looks locked, email us with the platform and the message you see. Please contact us before buying it again.
Can I keep my progress on a new device?
Cloud saves through iCloud and Google Play Games are planned, but aren’t available in the current development build. We’ll add tested setup and recovery instructions when those features are ready.
If you’re testing the game, contact us before erasing the old device, uninstalling the game, or resetting your progress.
Can I move between iPhone and Android?
Cross-platform progress transfer is planned through a Move my progress code. The code carries progress, sea glass, and achievements, but does not include the full-game unlock. The transfer screen is still in development; we’ll add instructions once it’s ready.
Moving Day’s full-game unlock is sold separately for iOS and Android. An iOS purchase won’t unlock the Android version, or vice versa.
How do hints work?
Hints use sea glass, which you earn by solving levels, collecting pearls, and setting off long chains. Sea glass is earned through play and cannot be bought.
Will there be ads or recurring purchases?
No ads or subscriptions are planned. At launch, the Rock Pool and the first three levels of Kelp Shallows will be free. A single purchase will unlock the full game on your chosen platform. Sea glass cannot be bought.
What information does the game use?
The current development build saves progress, settings, and play statistics on your device. Store purchases, crash reporting, and cloud services are not configured yet.
The game has no Oddphase account or advertising. Our privacy policy draft explains local saves and the planned services, including purchase processing and crash reports.
I found a bug. Where should I report it?
Email support@oddphase.com with the details listed above. Include the steps that trigger it, if you can reproduce it.
